For our Onsite Shred we place our proprietary locked consoles in your office so that, in between scheduled visits, you can collect and secure documents that are not required to be stored. We recommend placement of these bins in close proximity to where the paper is being generated. Additionally our customers can also select from our proprietary locked bins which are provided to hold bulky documents that may not easily fit in the consoles.
We can destroy files, dividers, binders, discs, tapes and microfilm. Once we destroy your documents, we will provide you with a certificate of destruction which confirms that your documents were destroyed in keeping with the standards of the Data Protection Act.
- Keep your confidential information generated day to day from ending up in the trash. Discard your documents and paperwork in our locked and secured proprietary Document Protection Executive Consoles, which hold up to 60 lbs and are free of cost for placement in offices, reception areas and conference rooms.
Rest assured that your discarded information will be free from prying eyes in between our scheduled onsite shredding visits.
- Improve your process of information disposal by booking our Scheduled Onsite Shred and enter into a contract for document destruction on a frequency that is convenient for you: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
Have the confidence of knowing that you’re handling your information with appropriate safeguards for the rights and freedom of your customers, suppliers, employees and investors. - Securely store your bulkier documents in between shredding visits by using our high quality purpose built Document Protection Bins, each of which has a high security lid with a slot to accept your papers and documents. Bins are available for purchase and with optional lids and lock options.
